You Need a Qualified Inspector!
There are many different kinds of inspections. Pre-purchase inspections, New Home Inspections, Building Consulting, Phased Construction Inspections (pre-drywall), Commercial Inspections, Radon testing, and more. It’s important to make sure that you get the RIGHT inspections when you make a real estate purchase.
Residential Inspections
Buying (& sometimes owning) a new home can be very stressful! We help take away some of the stress and uncertainty at this critical time in the process.
What if the home you purchase is a money pit? What if it has extensive mold, water, and termite damage?
That is exactly why we are so meticulous with our inspection process in your future home. We want to ensure that you know exactly what you are getting into.
Construction Consulting
Many times, I work with home owners who are adding onto a property, with a significant addition, owners who are remodeling a property. I can help spot small things before they become big problems, and save my clients significant amounts of money, time, and frustration.
LEARN MORECommercial Inspections
The focus of a commercial inspection is focused on “use” and much more on the major systems than the interior cosmetic issues.
